Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Strinta (the “Service”), a task and project management application operated by Upsideye.gr, based in Greece (“Strinta”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Strinta lets you and your team plan and track projects, tasks, time, notes, and related work. The Service is currently offered in a private beta; features may be added, changed, or removed as it evolves.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Enabling two-factor authentication is recommended.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the people you invite to your projects or organization and for their use of the Service through your account.

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Upload malicious code, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or to disrupt, overload, or circumvent rate limits and security.
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our permission.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (projects, tasks, comments, notes, documents, files, and other data). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your team. You are responsible for your content, for having the rights to it, and for its legality. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything critical.

AI assistant

The Service includes an optional AI assistant. Its output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and it is provided for convenience, not as professional advice. Actions that change your data are confirmation-gated, and you are responsible for reviewing them before you approve. Do not rely on the assistant as your sole source of truth.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Resend, Anthropic, and, if you connect it, Telegram). Your use of features that depend on them may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Availability & changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical. Beta features may be unstable or change without notice.

Fees

The Service is currently provided free of charge during the private beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will give you notice, and your continued use after that will constitute acceptance of the applicable pricing.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strinta and Upsideye.gr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to hold Strinta and Upsideye.gr harmless from claims and costs arising out of your content or your misuse of the Service in breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of- law rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Greece, unless mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
